What’s happening in Bollywood? A whole lot apparently: if you would care to take a look at this impressive VFX showreel from Makuta VFX you will see. Makuta is an Indian visual effects studio which is tremendously successful and even opened offices in the US due to increasing demand for their services. This showreels is worth watching for two reasons: a) because the VFX are quite good and the music is catchy and b) because you will see some action sequences that will make your eyes pop (if you don’t watch Bollywood films regularly).

Looks nice on the whole, but I find many shots still have basic comping issues like consistency in black levels, DOF, stuff look too CGI…but I enjoyed it!!!

also wanna point it out that its none of the films were from ‘bollywood’ all the movies in the reel were from south indian films primarily from Hyderabad(tollywood).
